Last time we identified the significance of Q-drops Q1164, Q158 and Q2433.
I have included a screen dump of the updated spread sheet I am working off, so you can see exactly what I have done and will explain how I got there, briefly this time as more detailed explanation already supplied.
For Q2508, the 13:13 mirror was again required.
So the time stamp of 21:47:07 became 21:07:47, and reduced to (21-7):(47-7) = 14:40.
Performing a search of Q-drops for this term, yielded 6 hits, 4 of which had their TC’s verified by digits in the Delta from first drop/Delta between drops columns.

Then “Every dog has its day.” And presumably every Timber Wolf also, if we recall Q2522.

For Q2508, a new data shift was required instead of the 13:13 mirror. This is where the decoding gets tough - trying to pick up what signals/shifts are important to ensure the correct information is decoded. In this case, a -3:00 shift was required (indicated by Delta between drops of 16:21 and then 13:21).
So 22:00:28 - 3:00 = 21:57:28 which reduces to (57-21):(57-28) = 36:29. A search of Q drops for this term yielded 1 hit, Q523 with TC22 that again could be easily verified from other data.
Interesting, Q523 reads simply
CHECKMATE.

Maybe Q is referring to the political games that have been waged to keep DJT from getting Justice Kavanaugh elected, or maybe the blatant election tampering. Either way it’s a warning - and exciting one!
