Yesterday, an anon posted some bio info on Sessions that stated he was Army and still could be activated for tribunals.

Damn if I forgot to copypasta the post. Didn't catch it all. But I have NO doubt ]Sessions[ is still involved. Maybe they will need more adjudicates to get thru the entire cabal.
