McFadden may have just said "fuck it" and issued an order today. May be BS'ing about the hearing part. Comey already had a hearing. Judge has enough to rule now. I don't understand why he'd delay it. Judges typically delay ruling because they need to research something that's vague or they're unfamiliar with. Some odd firearms cases I've been involved in where the judge will delay, but nothing straightforward like this. Comey's lawyer said they don't have a leg to stand on. Take him at his word, he doesn't have shit. Well whatever we won't know until we see the docket.
