Nobody is able to say if the guy is dead or not. It seems that the police tried to reanimate him but failed (acording to yellow jackets). Since then, nobody is able to say who was this guy, if he's really dead. No info anywhere. Some reporters sent a call for witnesses about this event, but still nothing.
