Not a plane flag. Watched on flight tracker Cabal41 land yesterday at Portland International Airport and Cabal42 land today. There is no military in Oregon other than National Guard which also uses the same airport. Started thinking about why they are landing there. Then I started thinking about the 500 bed unused jail called Wapato. Is this the 2nd site?
