Trial thats fine, Indictments, detainment and arraignment can happen well before a Trial is requested
I agree with you I can't believe how blood thirsty some are just to have it fade, however, The Voter Fraud needs to be exposed and reconciled before January there is Not good Faith going on there, only bad leadership would allow for that,
Im going off of the Verbage its says referred for trial if the plaintiffs has not had a chance to Plee it can't be referred to Trial, so an arraignment would have to occur first after that an omnibus so you got plenty of time ++
