SAT takedown stopped comms, spying, and possibly weapons.

[CLAS] tech revealed in Mayotte could be comms or weapon, hard to see how it could be used for spying. Not great comms because as we all heard it can be picked up all around the world - it would need to be coded. A weapon? Mayotte moved a couple of inches but no one felt it and there was no damage. What good is a weapon that moves islands? Is it an earthquake machine that was tested in the lowest setting?

Mayotte antipode is about halfway between Cal and Hawaii. Southhemi antipode is in Arnhem land NT Aus.
