Well, the title is pretty simple meaning "Halt the Migration Pact" Demonstration.
As for the video, I only watched the last part yesterday I think, but it's talking about the United Nations and the Migration Pact, and obviously not being in favor of it. You can set YouTube to translate it (click on CC button, then click the Settings gear button and you can select what language it translates to). My main point in posting it was to show that at least in Germany, the people who are actually there are saying it's about Migration etc. I'll try and dig a French video and see what they're calling theirs.
