I've been under the assumption that J C referred to Justin Castro, which would explain the half-Spanish, Half-French Viva Le Revolution… Plus, the June timing of that Q post coincided with Trump at G7 in Quebec and subsequent flight to Singapore to meet KJU (and related Aleutian Islands intercept of the rogue missile fired at AF1).

Multiple Meanings? if so… Very Senior Member of What, exactly?
