The 16-year plan to destroy America involved a 3rd country, may be Iran or NK (a country run by the cabal), dropping a nuke made from a uranium with an American isotopic profile, so it would be blamed on the US thus starting WWIII. I'm not sure how the Russian government was actually involved, if at all. I'm not sure whether the U sample that Mueller took to Russia was to prove an isotopic signature of a specific U source or for some other reason.
I still believe the whole thing pertained to the cabal's 16-year plan to destroy America, and I do NOT believe Putin is part of a 16-year plan to destroy America.
