Regarding the seismic wave that circled the Earth on 11 Nov 2018, I’ve been thinking about “:other” possible causes.

The [17] could refer to the period - 17 seconds. The period could reference the 17th letter of the English alphabet - Q.
So, something knocked out a satellite and they had to active classified technology. Perhaps a gravity wave generator - something that could create waves in the spacetime continum.
The “by who” is still in question, but it seems that Q has enough influence to have the wave repeat every 17 seconds, sort of as a signature that “we’re in control”.
A strong, localized gravity wave could certainly cause slight seismic disturbance that would propagate through the crust, reflecting and refracting at interfaces such as tectonic plate fault lines, and other sudden changes in density.
The origin of this technology - alien technology either stolen or provided, our own (human) technology. Who knows.
I’m curious… Does anyone know if LIGO detected anything that might coincide with the seismic event? Even if it did, it’d probably be classified.
A spacetime modulator may also be able to pass information from future events to the present. I’m certain that the flaying field isn’t level - Trump has insight that very few others have. He can see things coming before anyone else, and is able to judge those around him in a way that allows him to make great deals for everyone involved. As POTUS, he may have access to a device that can bend spacetime such that information can be passed back to the present.
D5 was first mentioned on May 10th. Most of us assumed at that time that refernced “45” - POTUS. We’ve since learned directly from Q that it refers to Dec 5th. Each time it was mentioned, it was accompanied with “nothing can stop what is coming”. Q was so certain of future events he/they were able to pin down the date of GHWB’s funeral. I don’t think that JC coded some corney message about his littled Benji’s death as the actual date of death of GHWB all the way back in Nov 14th (?). I think Q knew he was going to die on the 30th, and that H’s funeral was going to be on Dec 5th, and schedule other, as yet unknown events to occur on that date. Could be anything from releasing the FISA 4, or full release of HRC/CF/JC/PS/LP/RR/RM/… activities related to U1.
Just a few thoughts to ponder.
