Yesterday i had posted about the 4-6 percent number, in regards to another anons post( estimating there are 10 million under mk ultra like influence)
Going with the higher 6% number,, that is over 19 million people that can not be reached( i imagine the 10 million MK Ultra people are a part of that number of 19 million).
I saw this story, and a few things clicked togeather.
We know many grand jurys can be tainted, bought off, controlled. Past 30 years the rise of ridiculous lawsuit damage amounts.( not ones against a company doing wrong, poisoning people)
The lawsuits against schools, police, cities, for one or a couple of people, and for outlandish sized settlements in the millions taken from tax payers money. ( think slush funds?)
This lady, whose family just got 37 million for her death. She had weapons and was threatened police for 6 hours. It's a ridiculous lawsuit and amount.
We know the cabal has been slowly trying to destroy America. Remove manufacturing, make people poor, eliminate the middle class,( drain every dollar from every person, and from every city they can) Bleed us bone dry, while the at same time, dividing people by causing (racial,gender, sexuality) social economic strife, over many and all issues. Then the plan was for Hillary to burn what was left.
So they had people destroying from the inside( like Warren with consumer protection agency, people in city managment) Then get people in places of courts, lawyers,grand juries, and push through settlements that hurt city, hurt the people, waste of tax payer dollars and resources, eventually putting most cities into debt( cabal/banking cartel, hold the power over everyone with debt) So they then have more control in those cities( They basically own them,due to there debt, from paying out lawsuits, and slush funds( money disapearing) Contracts with huge over the top budgets being awarded to those ( on the inside/part of cabal) So they are always the winners( play both sides of game). ( if that family does get actual money, the cabal, is controling it, or will be getting it back from them, one way or another)
In this story, The cop was never charged with any wrongdoing( Because he was doing his job) She said I'm going to kill you, then she raised barrel of gun, and she did fire at officer twice.

Family of armed black woman shot dead by a white police officer during a six-hour standoff wins $37 million
Jury awards $37million to family of Korryn Gaines, 23, who was fatally shot by Baltimore County police during a six-hour standoff in her apartment in 2016
He told jurors two officers had tried to serve arrest warrants on Gaines and her fiance that day.
Gaines was wanted because she failed to appear in court for traffic charges.
She did not appear in court over charges related to a traffic stop in March 2016, including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Her fiance, Kareem Courtney, was wanted for assault.
When no one would open the apartment door, officers eventually kicked it in, jurors heard.
He said the first officer who entered the apartment was 'confronted with Korryn Gaines with a shotgun pointed right at him.'
However, Gaines remained with the 5-year-old boy.
When the officer entered the apartment, he saw Gaines sitting on the floor with a long gun pointed at him, according to Baltimore County police.
According to investigators, an officer shot her dead at around 3pm after Gaines pointed a gun directly at him and said, 'If you don't leave, I'm going to kill you.'
Ruckle said Ruby decided to shoot after he saw Gaines' braids and the barrel of her shotgun rise from behind a wall.
Gaines, who returned two shots, was hit several times and pronounced dead at the scene.
The family lawyer was wearing a colin kap shirt. This is so hypocritically wrong. ( she had guns, and warrents, was using her own child as a shield, and in 6 hour stand off, and she threatened to kill police) has nothing to do with Flag,kneeling , racism, or anything remotely close.
She made alot of bad choices, and put herself in that situation, and the police had every right to shoot her, based on her actions, whether she was black, white, old, famous,, does not matter, ( you cant point guns at cops and say i'm going to shot you, and expect them to not shoot you.
