Geoanon here. Don’t think it’s comms. Surface wave only. Geologists want it to be collapsing magma some or magma moving but it is Obviously manufactured and outright stated so in National Geographic article. Seems like they figured out how to induce a spherical oscillation in the breathing mode making it look like the earth appears to breathe. The whole expands and contracts as the wave moves. It’s obviously a message saying something is happening like the shot heard round the world but i doubt its instructions or something. It’s just repeating over and over.
