What is ballot harvesting?
For anyone else that wants to know: ~= "Ballot harvesting is when party workers go door to door offering to deliver mail in ballots."
Are we saying that the ballots are swapped or changed? Not quite sure why this is a bad thing. These people wouldn't have voted without this "service?"
Envelopes would have evidence of tampering then?
My state has us sign the outside of our mail-in ballots. What does CA do?
Subsidized how? Does France have refinerys and oil wells? Transportation costs $ too.
