I do not know. I read it as “forced new”,” controlled”. Forced them to use it while the operation had full control of it. The Utopian in me says it was energy tech. Energy, food, water.. Deserts to farms, clean clean clean water. The doom and gloom in me says a weapon (666 in the digits). .. Do you believe……………. pursuit of TRUTH..
