According to an indictment that was unsealed on Thursday, a Clinton Foundation donor, Abdul Huda Farouki, from UAE and two others have pled not guilty to a range of crimes. The charges stem from a scheme to defraud tens of millions of dollars from the Pentagon for a fake construction project and for violating sanctions against Iran.
