Dutchsinse is my go-to guy anytime i am looking for earthquake intel. Last video i found by him on Mayotte was dated 8 June, 2018 where the area was swarming with earthquake activity. 8 June also happened to be the day POTUS flew to Quebec, Canada for G7 Summit. Relevant? Who knows.

One thing i've learned from watching Dutchsinse's videos is that when there's activity in an area, you can expect activity to happen at neighboring spots over the next few days, as well as on the opposite side of the world. What's on the opposite side of the world to Mayotte? Hawaii! Both islands are about the same size. As you'd expect, you can see a stack of activity above Hawaii happening concurrent to the Mayotte activity. Related? Who knows!

Another thing i've learned watching his videos is that you can't really predict what will become of an earthquake and its aftershocks unless you know how deep the earthquakes are. He noted that it was odd that all earthquakes were marked as 10km depth, which he said was not likely.

A couple other interesting things to note:

Mayotte hasn't erupted in over 3000 years. It just erupted on the 15th of November, 3-4 days after the signal.

When he covered the earthquakes near Mayotte back in May/June and suggested that there was potentially volcanism going on, NASA actually made a video response making fun of him… and then his youtube channel was shut down for 2 days. Nothing to see here tho, i'm sure. Right fellas? kek.

Finally, he calls a deep earthquakes D-earthquakes. So, a 5 magnitude earthquake would be a Deep 5 or D5.

Coincidence? Who knows.
