China has agreed to reduce and remove tariffs on cars coming into China from the U.S. Currently the tariff is 40%.

• Singapore & Chongqing have → (Singapore Chongqing Connectivity Initiative) = Agreement

• (straitstimes.com) - "Singapore and Chongqing to set up electronic information sharing platform"

• Chongqing is being developed to be → Asia's Biggest 'Smart City'.

• (en.people.cn) - "Chongqing to be Asia’s largest smart city"

"We Know" - Q Post dropped BEFORE → (POTUS & XI meet for dinner at G20). After dinner meeting POTUS announces China to CUT TARIFFS on CARS. Chongqing chatter here, in days before meeting, was focused on GM, Cars, Neil Heywood, Bo Xilai & DiFi connection & AI / Hi Tech / Space Tech / Smart City Development in Chongqing.

That Q post was a message to → (The Chinese Lurking Here) - imho.

It was prep for POTUS meeting with XI → When you have leverage = Use it. → What "skeletons" are in China's closet?

ps: (aside) - Chongqing seems to be at the center of a lot of the (AI) - Self-Driving Car development by Ford & GM. Just search, you'll find sauce.
