No. There isn't a new one. Ciccada 3301 is everywhere. Some of the old puzzles are yet to be completed though. A lot of the puzzles are embedded in Qanon as well.
This is a big uprising but American anons need to realize that the French riot every year. It's a part of their heritage and goes back to the Paris Commune and the Communards. They are big fans of direct action. In fact, Paris was designed with this in mind. The big wide boulevards were designed to flood the streets with troops and put down uprisings. The centre of Paris was like London with small winding streets until the Napoleon 3rd and Baron Haussmann knocked it all down and built the Paris you see today.
