For years in the USA, Canada, Australia we had a Fentanyl epidemic with 10 of thousand of death each years. And now, just now the Chinese CCP decide to consider Fentanyl a control substance that You cannot make or possess. This mean that right until now You could make as much fentanyl as you wanted in China without any worry. Not only that you could ship it to whom ever you wanted without being afraid to be arrested.
