Q says we are watching a movie.
That means it has already happened.
Here's what I am thinking.
These bad people who are supposedly walking around? Are they really? Has anyone in this place actually laid eyes on them? Was it actually them? Pictures, news etc. We all know that can be faked. So now that we see people in other countries waking up maybe that is why this is drawn out. It isnt for us. Its for them. When the Republic returns to its original form it would be hard for the rest of the world to accept. We have been slow walking them into understanding what has been happening the world over. Giving them the needed push to fix their own problems. As for those here in the Republic who will never awaken? So be it. When all is said and done what we need to remember is that we can NEVER EVER let this happen again.
