How ironic, not. On the day of the incident, I posted that I was very suspicious of the #30 Victor Dolbin because he doesn't seem to really exist. I couldn't find nothing about him on the internet. Very SPOOKY, if you know what I mean. There was also a post by an anon that same day which cited an article about a Victor K being a contact to some sketchy Uranium stuff. I'll see if I can find the article because I think I took a SS. I'll look around for the sauce.
I hadn't noticed the Presidential portraits having six fingers. That's most interesting. I'll have to check that out. It is a bloodline trait, btw.
