Just add a toggle switch to the fuel pump relay,
all fuel injected cars have one.
You can kill the fuel pump and shut off fuel.
Another option is main power wire ot the ECM, add a toggle to it.
if you experience a run away, just put the car in neutral. Might be an issue if you drive a hybrid…
I do not see a way for a car with a regular throttle cable to be a run away remotely, after all its all mechanical, but the newer drive by wires it would be a concern.
