Seems like classified tech was activated by clowns after having their dwarves shut down and that it was controlled by /our guys/ best guess…
but class tech to do what exactly?
OK, so new theory is Q knocked C_A/clowns sat comms down, they had to resort to this class tech to communicate through waves. Q team controlled that too in 17 sec intervals.
What does it say?
