Could be. GHWB is a pretty central figure (at least, out of the public figures) in a lot of the bad we've been living through. Instrumental in the JFK coup, increasing C_A control of America, MKUltra, NWO, etc. Maybe his death is a marker for the balance tipping in our favor.
