The only way to clean house at this point is to burn it to the ground. Only the lowest level guys can be considered to have the proper intent. But burning it to the ground is still preferred. Better safe than sorry. Also, stringent oversight must be put into place in the re-org with many checks to ensure the control measures are functioning properly.
