Not promoting alcohol use here but comparing the two is a false equivalent. The body process alcohol so quickly that all traces can disappear from the blood within hours or a day at most. Thc gets stored in fat cells and can remain there for weeks or months. You can still test positive for thc use long after youve stopped using it. I'm not against casual recreational pot use but its benefits and supposed lack of any drawbacks are greatly exaggerated
