Could “Dark to light” imply phases of the Moon, specifically the Waxing Moon? I’ve always noticed that POTUS has his way, or is on the offensive whenever the Moon had the light side facing the right.

From history class, I remember for a fact that the phase of the Moon is an extremely important factor of high profile military operations.
