lol, or the fact that we have to pay taxes on the land we own every year or the govt will take it away from us. They would freak out that if you want to build a shed on your own land you have to pay the govt.. to give your permission to do so, and then pay higher taxes for it.
They would probably form an army and do it all over again…..hmmm that is a thought…
