why do some shills keep signing their posts here?

Isn't it pretty much accepted that "namefagging" is bad? I mean, isn't that taken as the norm (regardless of what anyone personally thinks)? Why do shills sign their "names" then, if they want to be accepted? Is there a strategy at work, or are they that clueless?
