On a standard map, a key is a legend, which provides markers which are helpful to read or traverse the map (some have suggested these are signatures such as [GODFATHER III], [AS THE WORLD TURNS], [WWG1WGA], or other repetitive phrases..)
The Deep state mapping project and their giant web models are entirely separate, though may also help some to understand the historical connections which are discussed.

Where Q hits the politik/geopolitk and Q+ is the more human-orient.. The politik puzzle needs to be completed in order to access the realm which is inner earth, as it, in a sense, requires some understanding of dimensional physik.. as (as far as i've seen) a half-step dimension..

Point is, my understanding is that Agartha/inner earth is a 3.5 dimensional realm, instead of our 3.0 dimensional realm.

Well, this plane of existence has much more to it than the physical, as-is.. in the traditional culture, the medicine-man/shaman/timekeeper/dreamtime(in the aboriginese sense), the spirit is able to traverse the mental/physical as well as higher or lower astral.. The physical/mental being somewhat similar to the day-to-day that is generally considered the waking frequency, and usually where the dream-time goes some spirit allies reside here and could potentially whisper to us when conditions prevail.. a higher astral could be considered the akashic, or in tesla terms- accessing the lumineferous aether.. the lower astral consisting of what could be considered demons or lower vibrational entities.. (aside- any relation here to the whole rodin maths 3-6-9?? got the 3 and 6 opposite to the 9.. and some point within all where it lights up or connects- is that point the here-now physi-present? conjecture<<). Not sure, exactly, how this could relate to 3.5D+/Agartha realm- maybe theres more similarity, or it's closer or whatever term to use, than many think…
Take a look-see into Tellinger's stuff if you haven't already. He's a south-african who was on a similar path who discovered tools used by the ancients which consisted of cones-shaped tools/stone and torus/donut shaped tools of similar consistency in order to shape/move superstructures of the past. He's got quite a bit of different material available… I think about half-way through he gets into the nitty-gritty… maybe something clicks for you?
