Last time we had a civil war more than 600,000 men died. Out of a total 31,000,000 americans. Half of which would be women. So say 15,000,000 males. So 1 out of 25 Males alive in 1860 were dead in 1865. And a higher amount in wounded. I would hold off on wanting bloody civil war just yet.
Probably not very many. Jews dont usually volunteer early in a countries call up. In WW2 they sent around notices to important Jew families telling them dont worry Jew doctors who evaluated them would give them disability. So they avoid fighting for nation states because they think of themself as belonging to no nation.
