Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia Mulling Exit From Paris Climate Accord, Senior US Official Says

 

Officials representing Russia, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia appear to have doubts about remaining in the Paris climate accord, a senior Trump administration official told reporters at the G-20 summit at Buenos Aires on Dec. 1.

 

The official made the remarks after the leaders of 20 nations signed a declaration (pdf) that includes a passage reiterating that the United States is withdrawing from the Paris Agreement. The portion of the declaration dealing with the climate caused the most contention among the parties and was the last to be settled, according to the official.

Actress Stormy Daniels Hit With $800,000 Call For Legal Fees, Penalties

 

Pornographic film actress Stormy Daniels faces the prospect of nearly $800,000 in legal fees and penalties after lawyers for President Donald Trump asked a court to compel her to pay the sum for a failed defamation suit.

 

Attorney Charles Harder told Judge S. James Otero on Dec. 3 that his law firm had spent more than 500 hours working on the case, ringing up a legal bill of almost $390,000.

 

Harder also asked the judge to impose an additional $390,000 in sanctions as a deterrent against a “repeat filer or frivolous defamation cases.” He argued the fees and penalties were deserved because of the extraordinary nature of the defamation case.

Suspected Human Smuggler Seen Dropping Small Children From 18-Foot Wall at US-Mexico Border

 

Surveillance footage released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection shows children being dropped from an 18-foot wall along the U.S.-Mexico border near San Luis, Arizona.

 

Customs and Border Protection officials said that on the morning of Dec. 3 security camera operators observed a group of six illegal aliens, including two small children, making their way over the border wall.

Yellow Vests win and force French Government to suspend planned fuel tax increase

 

Yellow Vests Movement win as Paris announced a suspension of the Fuel Tax Hikes after three weeks of protests.

 

Protests beginning on 17 November against Macron’s government’s increase in fuel tax, having risen 23 per cent in just 12 months, the Yellow Vest movement has literally spread throughout Europe as ordinary people have taken a stand against their elitist governments, with France having completely lost control over its people.

 

Macron has threatened to not back down on the ‘anti-pollution’ fuel taxes which put the burden of his climate change budget on households across France, whilst cutting tax for the wealthy.
