Kevin Shipp, in a video on YT said the alphabet agencies/gov have technology we can only guess at…futuristic in nature. I've watched so many of his videos I can't tell you exactly which one.

Re the low frequency waves: undetectable by our hearing, but can be felt by our nervous system, and animals. Is this similar to the weapon placed in the WH that could make people sick, yet undetected?
