Math and physics are the circle and wave.
Matter phase shift is due to the base energy of the matter and that will define which phase of matter the matter is currently occupying - the more energy the less solid the form of matter.

The thing about Mayotte 'signal' is that it was monochromatic (not sure if the right word) - primarily only one channel detection. Very odd - not natural.
That heat and vibration is also a wave and creates a field.
Fields overlap and interact to varying degrees. Even the base fundamental forces, EM, Color, Higgs field. This can warp the fields and shift things.
Like I said I don't think it is the right world - a signal focused in a very small range of detection.
I think it would take Quantum wave/field modulation to be able to create a stable timeline shift, time travel shift , or space coordinate jump. The exciting and aligning the electrons, quarks, and gluons (etc) into a resonate field that would warp the EM, Color, and Higgs field patterns (gravity is still up in the air LOL).
