I read a tweet that claims Putin bribed BHO administration to enter into the U1 deal then used that bribery to blackmail them into the Iran deal.

Putin is an enigma. The above theory works just as well if Russian Oligarchs/Cabal did the bribery and blackmail. Which means Putin could be a patriot trying to rid his country of the satanic rich cabal, just like the current American president is doing.
