If the source of seismic activity that cycled every 17 seconds around the GLOBE….came within the ocean, but could have propagated from space…..the amount of energy needed to do this would be unearthly.

So Lets say that might be the case. The question now is why and how. Was it made to signal a wake up of some exotic tech hidden around our globe? Was it by-product of a test the MIC was conducting? Possibly some kind of new radar/sonar tech? Or was it perhaps completely off-world, and an announcement from visitors, ET's?
