The reason Q knew on Nov 30 that there would be something on Monday because on that Friday, John Solomon teased the whistleblower on Monday. Then Q posted right after.

It wasn't as if Q predicted there would be something on monday that ended up being cancelled. Q was just repeating what they said on Friday
