Doesn't it seem weird to anyone else that if President Xi and President Trump BOTH want the deal to happen that there is still some question as to whether it will happen or not? If both agree, what or who could be preventing it? Makes me wonder.

While there may be multiple meanings to the whole 17 sec interval thing, my gut feeling is that at least at one level, WE are the resonant frequency. 17 sec intervals? 17? QQQQQQ. Think about it. We started small, like little ripples across the waters of the world, but because of the resonance of the message, we became huge waves, increasing in amplitude with every return of the signal.
