Its an interesting world where 12 million pounds of ground up beef is barely a dent in daily production (including holidays) of approx 72 million pounds. Either way when you're grinding through that much cow there's bound to be a slip up.
Either way good reminder to dust off the meat grinder and stop being lazy.
