lol Q filled us on on this. The FBI found no fault in Flynn, saying there was no indication he lied. But Flynn pleaded guilty anyway, as per Q, in order to get his testimony on record.

Flynn further testified to Congressional/Senate committees which included the official revelation that gmail drafts existed that the Swamp was using to communicate. This officially opened a deluge of investigative opportunity into Swamp activity.

The timing of declas always rested with POTUS, not Q. And POTUS already ordered declas. RR went out on a limb and stalled in the hopes the dems won the House (which they did) to further implement stall tactics.

But that was ok with Team Q, because Comey was up to testify and knows what's in that content, and he's not going to want to perjure himself. If the declas was made public first, he would still be in deep shit, but he could tackle the whole thing differently.

The purpose of declas is to raise awareness that the respective signers will be / are under investigation. However, everyone who needs to know already knows - including us. Naturally there are MSM-trusting folks who are still in the dark, but they aren't going anywhere. They'll be just shocked 5 mins from now as 5 weeks from now.
