It was natural. Meaning it was about 0.7% U235. Bomb grade doesn't start until 20%. So, no, it wasn't weapons grade. However, UF6 is the form most used for weapons programs because it is the feed stock for gaseous diffusion plants. We gave them MILLIONS of pounds of the stuff. Enough for many bombs, and all for the promise that they wouldn't use it for weapons programs. There was no oversight. Only Obama's signature to go ahead and transfer the material. That was good enough for the fucking NRC.
