a serious answer is you don't if she is a real old grandma, it already is to late, that is decades of programming placed in her brain, try to find something else to talk about and just love your grandma, its not her fault she was tricked along with 99.999% of the population with BS being planted in our brains from the indoctrination that starts in pre-school, and reinforced through TV programming for their entire lives
