Trump would be entitled to collect this Judgement from either or both CPL and Stormy. He can choose all from 1 or some from both. The defamation suit as labeled as frivolous and Trump's attorneys would have filed a rule 11 sanctions. CPL is appealing it so the total will go higher. This is why Stormy is coming out against CPL for filing it
