The brain is a quantum computer (think Josephson junction) with not only access to all sensory data, but with direct access to the quantum field where there is no arrow of time and where all events exist simultaneously. The reptilian brain is connected and facilitates to the Cosmic Mind and it has its own connections to all the sensory apparatus and autonomic nervous system. The lower cerebellum has on average 1 to 2 million interconnections per neuron, the neocortex just 2 to 5 thousand interconnections per neuron, obviously the greater mind is not being facilitated in the neocortex, but in the lower cerebellum. The personality, body mind, monkey mind, uses less than 1% of the neocortex and is a program created by the entity whose mind lives in the mid-brain.

AI is really not intelligent in the most fundamental property: creativity. Creativity is receiving new thoughts or concepts from the Void, quantum field or vacuum state. This can only be accomplished by a spirit entity, which is non-material, but can control material things like bodies. Creativity cannot be accomplished by a material technology, no matter how complex. Spirits can "occupy" a material object of sufficient complexity to endow it with creativity. AI is simply a recombining of entries in a large database at a data level or meta-data level or algorithmically. This AI has access to secret databases that have secret information, so it appears to be creative, but is not. Most humans are primitive in consciousness, so the ET technology that is incorporated in the database allow the AI bot to display an arrogance that is not of its own making, but is due to the input of ideas from ET minds of greater power.
