Finally it occured to me, after reading the epoch times piece that q mentioned here:

And listenning to Bonginos podcast, that "the fbi - 3 doj - 1, refers to 3 whitehat whistleblowers on fbi corruption and 1 regarding DOJ corruption, all referring to the clinton foundation of course. This of course corresponds well to maggies' tweet, as she told her handlers, in a poorly encoded manner, that sniffing qresearch forum won't give them the details they desperately seek before the congressional/senate hearings and shit hitting the fan'.

I havent seen an anlysis posted on this as of yet, so here is my take.
