I got to thinking about the occurrence on 11/11/18.
What if it was a NEW type of SONAR?
Every 17 seconds it tells you where all the submarines are in the world, or something to that effect.
They set it up in a central location and only set it for certain times to send out a signal for a quick glance of everything in the ocean that will send back a reflective signal.
But then again, I did like the "STARGATE" theory that some Anon came up with, that would be kinda cool if they did find something like that.
