OIG Finds Senior DOJ Official Sexually Assaulted, Harassed Subordinates and Lied About It – Prosecution Declined and He Retired

The swamp always protects its own.

On Tuesday, the Office of Inspector General announced it found that a senior DOJ official sexually harassed, retaliated against and sexually assaulted multiple female subordinates, however the DOJ declined to prosecute the male official.

The Office of Inspector General concluded that the senior DOJ official’s actions constituted ethical misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual assault, all in violation of law, federal regulations, and DOJ policy.

The male DOJ official will not be prosecuted nor will they release his name and he will be able to retire with a full pension.

The OIG report, however, did find that the DOJ official ‘lacked candor in his statements to the OIG.’

The Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated this investigation upon the receipt of information alleging that a senior Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP) official sexually harassed and retaliated against female subordinates, and abused his authority by coercing female employees in his chain of command to have sex with him.

In addition, during the course of the investigation, the OIG obtained information that the senior DOJ official had engaged in a long term sexual relationship with a subordinate. The senior DOJ official allegedly supervised the subordinate and approved her performance evaluations and promotions during the period of time they were in a relationship.

The OIG investigation substantiated that the senior DOJ official (1) sexually harassed one subordinate when he pressured her into a sexual relationship with him in exchange for a promotion; (2) sexually harassed another subordinate when he made repeated verbal sexual advances to her and ultimately sexually assaulted her; and (3) sexually harassed two other subordinates by engaging in sexually inappropriate conduct toward them. The OIG concluded that the senior DOJ official’s actions constituted ethical misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual assault, all in violation of law, federal regulations, and DOJ policy.

On page two of the OIG report, it states, “Criminal prosecution of the senior DOJ official was declined. The senior DOJ official retired from his position.”

Will Congress Ask James Comey Why Clinton-connected Bomber Was Working with the DOJ & DHS During the 2016 Election?

Brett Kimberlin, a convicted serial bomber and leftist activist with longtime connections to a Clinton insider who put together a second “dossier” on Trump that was sent to the FBI by Christopher Steele, has claimed on his blog Protect Our Elections that he “worked extensively with cyber experts in here and abroad on measures that can be employed to counter Russian malign” and that since “March of 2016, we have also provided significant information about this to the Department of Justice.”

In 1996, the Chicago Tribune described Kimberlin:

Kimberlin, the child of a middle-class Indianapolis family, was convicted in 1981 for a series of bombings around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, one of which tore off most of a man’s leg. Described by (journalist Mark Singer) as “Indianapolis’ own homegrown, holistic Hannibal Lecter,” he had dealt drugs, been involved in a health foods business and pulled some cons, proving alternately engaging and duplicitous.

During the 1992 presidential election that eventually saw Bill Clinton defeat George H.W. Bush, Kimberlin falsely claimed that he had sold marijuana to Bush’s V.P. Dan Quayle, a charge that facilitated by long-time Clinton insider Cody Shearer. As the Hartford Courant reported in 1991 about how the Kimberlin gained publicity via Garry Trudeau’s cartoon Doonesbury:

Today, Garry Trudeau’s satirical cartoon strip begins a two-week series suggesting that federal officials in 1988 covered up an investigation into 1982 allegations that Vice President Dan Quayle had bought cocaine. No basis was found for the allegations against Quayle, then a U.S. senator.

“I want to make it clear I never talked to Garry Trudeau,” Kimberlin, jailed since 1979, said from prison last week, although at least one person who had spoken to Kimberlin — Washington free-lance columnist Cody Shearer — has also spoken with Trudeau.

This decades long connection between Kimberlin and Cody Shearer is notable because both Kimberlin and Shearer were actively working behind the scenes to dig up dirt on Donald Trump and supply it to both journalists and the FBI.

Kimberlin’s work with Democrats to take down Trump wouldn’t come to light until well after the election, and given Kimberlin’s part, it should be a major story in its own right. Instead, the mainstream media ignored it.

As the Daily Caller reported:

A former official with the Democratic National Committee has worked in recent months with a convicted domestic terrorist-turned-activist known as the “Speedway Bomber” to gather information on Donald Trump, The Daily Caller has learned.

That work culminated in a Washington, D.C. meeting in December between the ex-DNC operative, Alexandra Chalupa, the convicted bomber, Brett Kimberlin, and a South Africa-born Israeli man named Yoni Ariel.

Nearly Two-Thirds Of Non-Citizen Households In America Are On Welfare

Another day, another revelation as the great fleecing of the U.S. taxpayer continues unabated.

A Center for Immigration Studies review of U.S. Census Bureau data reveals a stunning 63% of households in the U.S. headed by non-citizens are on some form of welfare. That’s just shy of two out of every three proving to be a burden to the American people. So much for the lie that massive immigration enriches our nation.

Dead Weight

The information CIS uncovered is infuriating in a number of ways. The 63% figure is almost twice the rate of native-headed American households that use welfare, which is a disturbingly high 35% as it is. But non-citizen households (45%) also utilize food programs at a much higher rate than natives (21%), and disproportionately tap into Medicaid programs as well (50% vs. 23%).

The most telling statistic in the review, however, is that welfare use rises among non-citizens the longer they are in our country.

“Of households headed by non-citizens in the United States for fewer than 10 years, 50 percent use one or more welfare programs; for those here more than 10 years, the rate is 70 percent,” CIS discovered.

Rather than serving as a temporary safety net, our welfare programs are proving to be a lifestyle staple for non-citizens sponging off the American taxpayer. Of course, many of these non-citizens do work, but they are low-skilled Hispanics from Central America laboring at poverty-level jobs. A 2015 CIS report found that 67% of households headed by immigrant farm workers are on public assistance of some form. Swollen-eyed Big Ag industrial farmers crying out about the need to find workers willing to do “the jobs Americans won’t do” are in fact having their cheap payrolls subsidized by the welfare programs of this nation.

Bitter Factors

At a time when native-born Americans are working long hours with less vacation time and fewer benefits, we are being forced to carry the millstone of foreign squatters on our backs. Massive immigration has led to overcrowded cities and towns, aggravating traffic congestion that leads to an even more draining daily commute for Americans just so we can we have the privilege of having our wages heavily taxed to financially support the very same invaders who are making our work day more exhausting. This is madness.

Immigrants also suppress wages, especially for low-skilled workers, so that 35% figure of natives utilizing some form of welfare may be so high in part due to the fact that the non-citizens abusing our welfare programs are also making it impossible for a portion of our citizen population to find decent-paying jobs. Thus non-native interlopers are increasing the welfare burden beyond just what they actively take for themselves.

Reuters Creates Fakenews About Iran - Intentionally Conflates Two Different Missiles - Misquotes Official

That claim is false and is based on a willful misrepresentation of the source Reuters cites.

GENEVA (Reuters) - Iran wants to increase its missiles’ range, a senior military official was quoted as saying on Tuesday, a move that would irk the United States which views Tehran’s weapons program as a regional security threat.

U.S. President Donald Trump pulled out of an international nuclear agreement in May and reimposed sanctions on the Islamic Republic, criticizing the deal for not including curbs on Iran’s development of ballistic missiles.

“One of our most important programs is increasing the range of missiles and ammunition,” said the head of the Iranian air force, Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, according to the semi-official Fars news agency.

“We don’t see any limitations for ourselves in this field.”

Iran’s military has cited 2,000 km (1,240 miles) as the current missile range, and said U.S. bases in Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, plus U.S. aircraft carriers in the Gulf, were within range.

The Reuters piece conflates ground launched ballistic missiles with air-to-air missiles that the air force commander wants to develop. The U.S. does not care about Iran's air-to-air missiles. It itself has far superior ones. The U.S. does care about Iran's ballistic missiles. But the Iranian general did not talk about those at all. The quote Reuters attributes to the Iranian general it is taken out of context and used to propagandize a non-issue.

The FARS piece Reuters cites is absolutely clear with what the air force commander means, even while its headline is probably too generalized:

Peter Strzok’s Former Boss Bill Priestap OUT at FBI

Bill Priestap, the corrupt chief of counterintelligence who helped oversee Hillary Clinton’s botched email investigation and who was involved in Obamagate is retiring this year.

Another crooked FBI official is retiring with full benefits…

The Wall Street Journal reported:

WASHINGTON—A top FBI official who helped oversee two politically sensitive investigations related to the 2016 presidential campaign is retiring from government service.

Bill Priestap, who currently serves as assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s counterintelligence division, will leave his post by the end of the year. Mr. Priestap, a 20-year veteran of the bureau, worked on organized crime and drug cases in Chicago before rising through the national security ranks of the agency after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Mr. Priestap’s retirement is unrelated to the controversies over the handling of the 2016 investigations, according to a person familiar with the matter. He “became eligible to retire and has chosen to do so after 20 years of service,” the FBI said in a statement.

The federal government allows some employees, including FBI agents, to retire with full benefits if they are 50 or older and have at least two decades of service.

Bill Priestap was the FBI official who changed the wording in the James Comey July 2016 speech to remove the word “President” and replace it with “another senior government official” to hide this fact from the American public.

Priestap was also Peter Strzok’s boss at the FBI.

Evidence suggests Bill Priestap, was Obamagate’s ‘deep throat’ – the insider providing information to government investigators about the Obama crime syndicate.

Priestap was grilled by Congress in June of this year:

Mattis Approves Extending Troop Deployment at US-Mexico Border Until January 31

US Secretary of Defense James Mattis has authorized keeping military troops on the land border with Mexico to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) against caravans of illegal immigrants until the end of January, Pentagon chief spokesperson Dana White said.

"Mattis approved an extension of DOD [Department of Defense] support to the DHS response to migrant caravan arrivals," White said via Twitter on Tuesday. "Support is authorized until Jan. 31, 2019."

On Friday, the DHS has asked the Pentagon to extend the deployment of troops currently stationed along the US-Mexico border through the end of January. The original request was set to expire on December 15.

The active duty military personnel were deployed to the US southwest border in October to assist the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon the arrival of migrant caravans from Central America.

Lawmakers Question Pentagon's Strategy Focusing on Russia, China

U.S. senators voiced concern Tuesday that the Pentagon's new defense strategy, which emphasizes Russia and China, could hurt the U.S. counterterrorism mission in Afghanistan.

During a confirmation hearing for the next commanders of U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command, Senate Armed Services Committee members seemed particularly concerned about a recent report from the National Defense Strategy Commission that questioned whether the Defense Department is placing too much of a priority on near-peer adversaries such as Russia and China – a focus that likely would take resources from the U.S. mission in Afghanistan.

The U.S. military has focused on Iraq and Afghanistan for the past 17 years, while Russia and China "have been focused on acquiring capabilities to overcome America's technological edge and operational reach," said Sen. Gary Peters, D-Michigan. The NDS "goes on to suggest that Congress needs to invest in new capabilities and operational concepts, and that leads to my concern about Afghanistan, where we are still spending $45 billion a year."

"Given the focus of the new National Defense Strategy, my question to you is … how would you adjust the requested requirements for Afghanistan given the strategy's focus on great power competition?" he asked.

Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, who has been nominated for the rank of general and to assume leadership of U.S. Central Command, told lawmakers that reaching a political settlement will "allow us to remove elements of our presence there now."

"The key thing, though, that we need to bear in mind as we look at the future in Afghanistan is our long-term interest in preventing attacks being generated against the homeland, so we have to provide for that in any potential future settlement," McKenzie said.

Gloria Steinem - How The CIA Used Feminism To Destabilize Society

"In the 1960´s, the elite media invented second-wave feminism as part of the elite agenda to dismantle civilization and create a New World Order."

Since writing these words last week, I have discovered that before she became a feminist leader, Gloria Steinem worked for the CIA spying on Marxist students in Europe and disrupting their meetings. She became a media darling due to her CIA connections. MS Magazine, which she edited for many years was indirectly funded by the CIA.

Steinem has tried to suppress this information, unearthed in the 1970´s by a radical feminist group called "Red Stockings." In 1979, Steinem and her powerful CIA-connected friends, Katharine Graham of the Washington Post and Ford Foundation President Franklin Thomas prevented Random House from publishing it in "Feminist Revolution." Nevertheless the story appeared in the "Village Voice" on May 21, 1979.

Steinem has always pretended that she had been a student radical. "When I was in college, it was the McCarthy era," she told Susan Mitchell in 1997, "and that made me a Marxist." (Icons, Saints and Divas: Intimate Conversations with Women who Changed the World 1997. p 130) Her bio-blurb in June 1973 MS. Magazine states: "Gloria Steinem has been a freelance writer all her professional life. Ms magazine is her first full-time salaried job."

Not true. Raised in an impoverished, dysfunctional family in Toledo Ohio, Steinem somehow managed to attend elite Smith College, Betty Friedan´s alma mater. After graduating in 1955, Steinem received a "Chester Bowles Student Fellowship" to study in India. Curiously, an Internet search reveals that this fellowship has no existence apart from Gloria Steinem. No one else has received it.

In 1958, Steinem was recruited by CIA´s Cord Meyers to direct an "informal group of activists" called the "Independent Research Service." This was part of Meyer´s "Congress for Cultural Freedom," which created magazines like "Encounter" and "Partisan Review" to promote a left-liberal chic to oppose Marxism. Steinem, attended Communist-sponsored youth festivals in Europe, published a newspaper, reported on other participants, and helped to provoke riots.

One of Steinem´s CIA colleagues was Clay Felker. In the early 1960´s, he became an editor at Esquire and published articles by Steinem which established her as a leading voice for women´s lib. In 1968, as publisher of New York Magazine, he hired her as a contributing editor, and then editor of Ms. Magazine in 1971. Warner Communications put up almost all the money although it only took 25% of the stock. Ms. Magazine´s first publisher was Elizabeth Forsling Harris, a CIA-connected PR executive who planned John Kennedy´s Dallas motorcade route. Despite its anti establishment image, MS magazine attracted advertising from the crème of corporate America. It published ads for ITT at the same time as women political prisoners in Chile were being tortured by Pinochet, after a coup inspired by the US conglomerate and the CIA.

Pa. Court Backs Secrecy for ‘Predator Priests’ in Blockbuster Report

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Monday that it will not release the blacked-out names of priests implicated in a statewide grand jury report on child sex abuse in the Catholic Church.

“We acknowledge that this outcome may be unsatisfying to the public and to the victims of the abuse detailed in the report,” Justice Debra Todd wrote for the 6-1 court majority. “While we understand and empathize with these perspectives, constitutional rights are of the highest order, and even alleged sexual abusers, or those abetting them, are guaranteed by our commonwealth’s Constitution the right of due process. It is the unfortunate reality that the Investigating Grand Jury Act fails to secure this right, creating a substantial risk that Petitioners’ reputations will be irreparably and illegitimately impugned. This prospect we may not ignore.”

The petitioners in the case are 11 current and former clerics from across Pennsylvania identified in the report as “predator priests.” They have denied the report’s allegations, however, and said that they have a due-process right to have their names permanently redacted from the report so that their reputations not be impugned.

Complied over the course of an 18-months secret grand jury investigation, the 1,356-page report published in August 2018 recounted the abuses that 301 clergymen had inflicted on more than 1,000 children in six Catholic dioceses across the state.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro condemned the court’s decision Monday to keep the names of the priests secret.

“Today’s order allows predator priests to remain in the shadows and permits the Church to continue concealing their identities,” Shapiro said in a statement.

Shapiro also noted, however, while Monday’s order stops his office from releasing the names of the priests, the church dioceses face no such obligation.

Calling for the bishops to disclose the names with their parishioners and the public immediately, Shapiro said this result would be “consistent with their recent calls for transparency.”

Chief Justice Thomas Saylor wrote in a dissenting opinion that he supported the request by the petitioner priests to hold new hearings before the grand jury and challenge the attorney general’s compiled evidence, which includes internal church documents obtained via subpoena.

“At a minimum,” Saylor wrote, “it is my position that Petitioners should be provided the opportunity to advocate that the grand jury’s particularized findings of criminal and/or morally reprehensible conduct are not supported by a preponderance of the evidence.”

Two other members of the court majority published concurring opinions.
