AS THE WORLD TURNS has multiple meanings within the specific context, but it's a mental image.

 

First, it was one of the most popular of the soap operas, ever. It was a vast DRAMA with many separate characters who all had interlocked subplots, but the show was oriented around a common theme. It was a major drama.

 

One of the first things that should be noticed is that it was a production with a script. With the help of W&W, POTUS is not writing the script and on multiple occasions he's communicated that he has a plan, it's all going to work out and we'll win.

 

On these boards there is constantly so much drama with all the latest happenings that it's easy to get lost in any of the little sub-plots and forget the overall plan. It's also easy to forget that the DRAMA is scripted and nothing is as it seems. Just like a soap opera looks real but it's all fake. It's scripted. Some examples:

 

Who is Trey Gowdy and which side is he on? Don't answer, it's part of the drama.

Who is McMaster, really, and which side is he on? Again, part of the drama.

What did Q really mean that POTUS "FREED" those who "stood chanting USA"? Does that mean that all of them had their strings cut and are now free, or does it mean that only the 'good' ones who stood chanting USA were freed and the rest of them are now doing the bidding of POTUS?

 

This is why a map is needed! Noone can understand the events without being grounded in reality and Q has been telling us to create a map, identify the keys and markers so we can properly interpret the news. The news proves the past. As for what we see around us? That's just a scripted soap opera.

 

Another meaning of AS THE WORLD TURNS is that the show was interrupted by news that JFK was shot. That was unprecedented, and it's also a marker that the huge DRAMA going on contained a subplot to assassinate POTUS or one of his family members.

 

Another meaning of AS THE WORLD TURNS could be the advance of time zones and the coordinating of operations across broad theaters of operation. Especially money seizures.
