I still want to know who actually instigated the 11/11 Mayotte wave, and how it was done. Was it French Spy thing, or was it USA or Cabal? The amount of wave and modulation research I have done and all I got is ideas.

I have been through amplitude frequency, angular, and phase modulation, to Edison Quadruplex Telegraph, to Multiplexing, to spiral phase shift and I am still not sure how that wave was made.
Look at the m values in the spiral wave shift and the inner aspect of Mayotte wave.

Spiral Wave Shift info is mainly in the optical field.
That would make sense in water but it crossed continents.
This spiral wave shift may have something - add a resonant transverse modulated wave and you would have basically a double envelope for the propagation.
